Sarah Grellner brings nearly two decades of clinical and leadership experience to Profiles Facial Aesthetics. She began her career in the dental and surgical field in 2005, training under Dr. Makepeace Charles while at the OFS Institute in St. Louis. After earning her nursing degree and becoming a Registered Nurse, Sarah expanded her skills across surgery, patient care, and practice management.
As the founder and director of Profiles Facial Aesthetics, Sarah combines her clinical expertise with her passion for aesthetics to create a patient-first practice in Palm Beach Gardens. She is committed to offering safe, natural-looking results through advanced treatments such as Botox, fillers, PRF therapies, and laser technologies — all delivered in a professional, surgeon-led environment.
Beyond her role as business owner and aesthetic leader, Sarah is certified in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and radiology. She continues to set high standards for safety and care while helping patients look and feel their best.
When she’s not in the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing all that Florida living has to offer.
